Click & Collect
If you choose the delivery method "Pickup" during the order, you can pick up your order in our store.
We will send an email to the email address provided when ordering, as soon as the item is ready for collection.
In most cases, your package will be ready for collection the same day if you have ordered on a weekday before 12.00, but please wait to pick up your package until you have received a confirmation by email.
Return and exchange
We accept return orders within the store's opening hours.
NOTE - Changed opening hours due to Corona restrictions!
Note: You will not receive a receipt upon submission, this will arrive in the mail a few days later.
If you want and exchange for another item, you can place a new Click and Collect order in advance and pick it up at the same time as you deliver the return order or you can buy the new item in the store. The webshop and the store have separate payment systems, so unfortunately can not be exchanged directly or refunded in cash when the item (s) are purchased online.
